Sferova also 100% own and operates its own factory in Changshu, which is API6D and APIQ1 certified. It is controlled and managed by on-site Sferova Italy management. The valves manufactured in Changshu are identical to the Italian-made valve. All o-rings, seats, seals, gaskets are still supplied by Gaskets International (Hutchinsons), gearboxes are Rotork, etc. The Changshu factory is in the same area as other major Western multinational valve manufacturers. This area has a chain of high-quality contractors that Sferova also use.

Sferova SRL also owns (100% owned) an API-licensed manufacturing facility in Kazakhstan. One of the largest in Eastern Europe, the new factory can manufacture and test up to 1050 NB (42”) forged trunnion ball valves.

Sferova also have considerable expertise in metal-to-metal seated ball valves and has developed a patented nano-technology system in conjunction with Flame Spray SRL
